Sales Tax

You will only be charged sales tax(8.625%) if you are a resident of New York State. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to NY STATE addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide. Please be informed that for the shipments to Alaska and Hawaii or US territories, higher shipping rate will be applied

According to our distributorship agreements with our manufacturers, we have limitations on shipping certain products outside of the US. Other than the products of these manufacturers, we can ship all products globally with USPS or DBSchenker

Delivery times

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, then we can do your shipment either the same day or the next business day. Our stocked products ship either with USPS, UPS or Fedex Ground unless specified by the customer

We have most of the items drop-shipped through the manufacturers or the distributors and sometimes this causes some delays on your shipment. We use the ground shipping method for UPS/Fedex(approximate delivery time 5-7 business days except holidays, depending on the destination). In case of a request of an expedited shipment, the customer shall contact us either by phone or email and make the payment of the fast shipment with a credit card. *We are not responsible for carrier performance. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf, with the carrier. UPS/Fedex only guarantees and accepts claims for fast shipments,(not ground). UPS/Fedex do not guarantee all air shipments during the Christmas holiday. Please see their websites for all details.

USPS:

Priority Mail- We only ship USPS priority mail, which, on average, takes 1-3 business days within the US. USPS orders are usually shipped the following shipping day, (M-F), after the order is placed. Priority Mail is not guaranteed by Us or the Postal Service. Tracking number is also available with USPS Priority Mail which we post through our website after an order is shipped.

Method of delivery

The majority of items are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS or US Postal Service but for larger items we might use specialized freight carriers or the carriers of the supplier.  For international orders, consignee is solely responsible for custom's clearance, import duties and taxes

Returns

We accept returns for a full refund minus the original shipping charges within 7 days of receipt. Buyer pays for return shipment. We charge %20 re-stocking fee + the original shipping charges for returns after 7 days. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt and item must be in completely in new and unused condition with all original packaging content. Customized or special order items are not returnable in any condition.
