We are a business registered in NY State with TAX ID#11-3601309. We are required by law to collect 8.625% sales tax for all orders being shipped to NY state. But in certain circumstances, we may charge you the sales tax for other states as well. Some of our suppliers have operations in several states. If your delivery address and the manufacturer warehouse is in the same state, then we will need to add the applicable sales tax to your transaction total, manually. If you are tax exempt or you have a resale certificate, simply fax (631-803 2901) or e-mail your document in order to have your sales tax to be waived.
